Park Orbit was demo'd at KazooCon as a proof of concept, but isn't ready for release yet :) Basically, it would allow you to park calls in one spot, and use the display screen of the phone to choose which call you want to pick up. (I believe this is a Polycom-specific feature at the moment). We'll notify you as we know more about the roadmap and when you can start testing. Thanks!

  7. Thanks, RallyIP for your question, and Karl for your feedback as well! This comment was made before the Advanced Callflow app was available in Monster UI. Now, you can manage all of your accounts in Monster UI without logging into Kazoo UI by utilizing Callflows for your existing accounts.
  8. Great, question Mike. As of now there is no way to see this in Monster, but in an upcoming release you will have a way to view device registrations. We will keep you updated as it is available!

  10. In Smart PBX, under Main Number in Incoming Call Handling, you can set "Custom Office Hours," and can manage the open office hours each day.

  12. I'd love to have an app in Monster where I could manage all my branding and white labeling for my sub-accounts, including email templates and logos. Maybe call it branding app? :)
