  1. Hi Rick, thanks for letting us know about this. We are testing on our side, and will let you know once this has been resolved.
  2. Hi Marie, you should be able to configure most SIP devices onto our platform. We do not have a lot of experience with Vertical IP 204 phones, so we would suggest testing this out before hand.
  3. Hi Anthony, we've let our engineering team now about these issues and I'll keep you updated as they get resolved. As of now, the additional unlabled tab should be gone. Thanks for your patience!
  4. We are proud to announce that KazooCon 2015 will take place October 5th – 6th in San Francisco, CA. Inspired by Kazoo’s open-source platform and hosted by 2600Hz, KazooCon brings together developers, managed service providers, carriers and telecom evangelists to unify communication systems. 2015 has been a busy year for us at 2600Hz, we have been hard at work in creating some incredible telco products and KazooCon is where all of this will be unwrapped. Announcements will include our new reseller platform, WebRTC, Cluster Manager and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). You will get to hear about the great progress our partners have made, network with a dynamic group of attendees and take part in incredible hands-on experiences. Join us for the Communications Revolution! Early Bird Pricing is on, register now! To see a recap of KazooCon 2014, watch the videos or look at the photos.
  5. Join us for three days of Kazoo training – July 20-22. We will deep dive into Kazoo APIs and learn how to set up a cluster, GUI, WhApps, FreeSWITCH, BigCouch and more. Learn how to install, configure, maintain and program Kazoo so that you can build your business. Go in to the bootcamp as a novice -- and come out as a Kazoo ninja. Register Now!
  6. Hi Tony, can you explain this in more detail? I'm not sure I understand the 4 missing line keys. I'll look into the additional unlabled tab and let you know.
  7. Hi everyone, this issue has been resolved and you are now able to move DIDs from a sub account back to the parent account. Thanks!
  8. Hi everyone, As some of you may have noticed, we are making some changes to our community experience! Our team is working to create the best experience for you as you utilize our documentation, and collaborate with other partners and 2600HZ experts. Because we are in the process of updating this so that you can navigate the community in an intuitive way, you may notice a few kinks in our home page and landing pages for the next day or so. Thanks for bearing with us as we make these changes!
  9. Hi Rick, thanks for this suggestion! I agree that this would be very helpful. I've let our product team know about this and we will let you know if and when this is anticipated on our roadmap. For now, Advanced Callflows is the best place to accomplish this.
  10. Hi Marie, are you referring to Smart PBX or Advanced Callflows? This can be done in Smart PBX under "Incoming Call Handling," you have an option to record over the phone. If the callflows were created in the Advanced Callflows app, each menu will have a unique PIN that you or your client can use to call in and record the greeting. Hope this helps!
  11. Hi Rick, this is great feedback. Since you've had a chance to see how the Reseller Accounting tool functions, do you still feel that the APIs would be helpful? We plan on adding more functionality to this App as well, so if there are additional features you would like to see included, please let me know. Thanks!
  12. Hi Mike, I believe this is a phone feature, not a Kazoo feature. Kazoo allows unlimited participants to conference bridges, so it depends on the type of phone being used.
  13. Mark, when you create these users/devices/etc., the UI will default that timezone to that of the computer. If these properties are left blank, then it would use the account level timezone.
  14. Hi, regarding this and your previous question, this behavior is not because of the advanced provisioner. We've seen this before, and this tends to happen when your browser automatically completes the username and password fields and the template is saved without removing it. If this is an existing issue, you can check your configuration for the account or reseller settings and blank those fields if they have values. Hope this helps!
  15. Hi Marie, if you are trying to use them as a carrier, that is not appropriate for the PBX connector. However if you are interested in connecting to their PBX offering, it should work, but its not officially supported.
  16. Hi Karl, I think you are asking how to set up BLF for call parking. Let's move this conversation to a separate place so we don't confuse people:) Please reference the new conversation here: Call Park Feature Codes / BLF
  17. Hi Marie, in this scenario, if User 2 has DND on, the call will proceed to user 3 without ringing User2. If User 3 does not answer, the voicemail box that is attached to the 'ring group' (or hunt group) will be used.
  18. Hi Marie, are you able to recreate this issue? I've tested this and have not had the same result.
  19. Hi Mike, if you haven't set Presence ID in advanced callflows (or Main Extension in Smart PBX), then BLF will operate the same way it did in Kazoo. That is, it will only monitor a device based on the SIP username. If you have set presence ID or main extension, then you would use that setting as the BLF and it will monitor for all devices belonging to the user.
  20. Hi Karl, just to clarify-we haven't replaced the registrations with the debugging app, we simply added registrations to the debugging app. Hope that helps!
  21. Hi Karl, I'm moving this to a separate conversation so we can discuss. Please reference the new conversation here: Device "registrations"
  22. Thanks, Karl and Marie. Just to clarify: Fax boxes that were setup prior to an upgrade the week of 5/11/15 were not able to use white-label domain names, and had names such as XXXX.fax.zswitch.net. We listened to your comments about the ability to white-label domain names for fax box, so we changed it to use account realms.  Moving forward, you are now required to set up a MX record pointing your realm to fax.zswitch.net.  If a fax box previously had been setup with the old XXX.fax.zswitch.net domain, you can still use that. But new fax boxes will now use your white-label domain.
  23. Hi Rick, the way our system is set up, you must delete the devices in the account before your delete the account. We can submit this as an idea if you would like this behavior to change.
  24. Hi Marie, as of now, you can upload a media file for a voicemail using advanced callflows.
