  1. Hi all.

    We are having issues with smartphone apps.

    They register, but not always, and also not consistent (We mainly use Zoiper and GS wave, but we arent sure we have the proper settings).

     

    If anyone has a good phone app recommendation that works well with Kazoo, and can share the proper settings, we would greatly appreciate it.

     

     

     

     

  2. Hi all.

    We have a customer, he wants missed calls on the phone only if the call came to specific device.

    If the call went to a ring group which includes a few devices there should not be a missed on the phone.

    there is a way to set it, by un-selecting ignore complete elsewhere.

    The problem is, it only works if someone picket up the call.

    If no one in the group picks up the call, all devices in the ring group receive a missed call.

    The customer doesnt want this, he wants missed call never from a group, only when ringing a user or device direct.

    Does anyone have a way for this?

  3. Hi all.

    I have phones set up with internal and external ring tones on Yealink T29as follows:

    But the problem is that the customer wants a special ring tone for the doorbell for when it rings to the phone.

    What we usually do, is add the sip user name of the doorbell to the directory of the phone and select a ring tone as follows:

    The problem is that the internal ring tone setting ill overwrite the doorbell in the directory, so when the doorbell will ring the phone with the internal ring.

     

    Any solution for this?

  4. Hi.

    We have a customer who wants to record a menu, that is 12 minutes long.

    Wants to call in to the menu, dial the record prompt pin, and record for 12 minutes.

    The current settings doesnt allow more than 7 minutes about, it stops after 7 minutes.

     

    Any idea how to record a longer greeting over the phone?

  5. Hi we have a callflow which is an extension.

    The callflow has a page group inside.

    So when dialing the extension, all phones are paged.

     

    Is it possible to set a password, so that only those who have the password will be  able to page

  6. Hi.

    I have a customer that wants a clone.

    When dialing  extension 121 or 112 both voip phones should ring.

    This can be done by assigning 2 devices to 1 user for example 121, and creating a callflow 112 that rings both phones.

     

    The problem is that one device cannot transfer or call the other device when dialing 112 or 121, as it calls the voicemail.

    I have a customer with Polycom phones, VVX.

    We set a ring tone for internal and another ringtone for external, via the device settings in the callflows, and uploading the a CFG file

    But  a call transferred blindly, has a ring tone as external.

    The customer, wants a blind transfer to have a ring tone as internal, or a separate ring tone.

    How can we set this up?

  8. Hi all.

     

    When there is an incoming call without a caller ID name, it displays 'wireless caller' and the phone number.

    Is it possible to replace the 'wireless caller'  with the phone number, so the phone number will be displayed 2 times instead of once with the name wireless caller ?

    We started using the queues, the call center app. 

    There are few basic features which are important for a call center.

    I'll start with those.

    1- I cannot see who is waiting in the queue, i can only see the amount of callers waiting in the queue, but not the phone numbers of those waiting.

    2- I cannot see history of the queue, the missed calls. I can see the total missed calls but not the phone numbers of those calls missed.

     

    Does anyone know is this addressed in the Call Center Pro ?

    Or is there any way how to make this work ? 

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  10. Hi all.

     

    I have a customer who uses park feature as follows.

    We set the DSS keys:

    Line key 3 would be Park 1, we would program that line key to dial *31

    Line key 4 would be Park 2 , we would program that line key to dial *32

    Etc.. 

     

    Now he has yealink cordless phones W52P, which doesnt have line keys/DSS keys to program.

    Does anyone have an idea, what to do, that they can pick up a parked call from the cordless. without having to dial *31 ?

     

     

  11. Hi all.

    I have a customer who has a music on hold file playing while the phones are ringing,

    The problem is, that there is a ring group, with a few steps, as seen in the attached image.

    After every step the greeting starts again, is there any way to have the greeting continue, after the first 26 seconds instead of restarting?
