Hi.
We have a client who wants to forward the calls going to a User, by calling in from his cellphone.
So he wants to forward a user from outside the office without logging in to the portal.
Is it possible? I do see this feature in the callflows but dont understand how to use it

I was looking to see if there is a workaround, maybe send each call to a user or whatever, so it should be stated in the system as missed.

Hi all.
I have a customer who wants to receive an email with each call coming in to his callflow or DID.
The system currently has the missed calls alert, which sends an email only on missed calls.
Is there an option or a workaround to have receive an email for each call? or have each call be a missed call by some way, so he can receive the email ?

this post is quite old.
It there a simpler way how to pick up an extension thats ringing somewhere else.
So if i see ext 101 is ringing can i pick it up from a different phone in the office.

Hi all.
I see when creating a user in an account i have the option to add him as a user or as a admin.
But i see that even as a user he has access to the whole account, when loggong in, he can see the VM's of all users, faxes of all users Etc,
How can i add a user without having access to the whole account but instead to his VM's only, and to his fax only.

Ok what happened was, this customer called a specific number which connected him to UK thru a calling card system, which has a limitation of an hour.

I want to set the poly-com vvx 550 to have a different ring tone for internal and for external
I attached a snap shot of what i did in callflows- advanced callflows - device, without any settings in the phone itself.
This didnt work for me, those ringtones arent working, the settings didnt take effect.
I would appreciate any guidance

After some research, The default will not set any limit for the length of a call

Hi we are having an issue where outgoing calls get cut off after an hour exactly
Is there any obvious setting which i can change to let the call go over the hour without disconnecting ?

Hi. We have a callfow which we call callflow A.
Option 1 in this callflow goes to a new callflow which we will call callflow B.
This callflow call B, option 1 goes to a third callflow called call C.
Now in the call C callflow, when dialing 1 we set it to ring a device in the account, but it doesnt work, instead the menu plays again.
IS there a limitations on callflows ?

Are you using the fast-pickup role in kamailio?
I have no idea what Kamalio is.
I do have a callflow *8204 with a group pickup feature, if that makes a difference.
