avig2 Posted August 1, 2019 Report Posted August 1, 2019 Hi, is it possible to set up BLF in Advanced Provisioner to act as an intercom instead of ringing the ext. When I change the value to *0xxx the BLF stops working (ie. the light won't turn red when the other party is on the phone) ie. Type = BLF Account = Account 1 Value = *0102 (instead of just "102")
Karl Stallknecht Posted August 2, 2019 Report Posted August 2, 2019 This would vary phone by phone. We tried to do it with Polycom and gave up, but there may be a way. What we did instead is add a soft key so the user can press the intercom button soft key and then the BLF key...the intercom button dials *0 (but doesn't start the call) and then the BLF key adds the extension to the end of it.
