It looks like the UI was updated and its not saving apps now.  If I login and click apps nothing shows even tho I have them all on (checked).  If I got into each one and save them they will start showing up.  But then when I log out and back in they are all gone again and I have to go through each one and save again.  Please fix!!! Thanks :)

I am seeing the same issue in Monster UI.  UI has changed.  I can't get to Apps from menu.  Login defaults to my root account Dashboard.  There is no Log Off menu item.

Hi guys,
      There was an update to the Monster UI. The apps screen was redone. The fact that it's even showing up on the left tells me your browser has an old version somehow. Can you try clearing your cache and reload?

Thanks.  If I go in and open up and save every one again they will show up.  But as soon as I logout and back in they are all gone again.  It would be a huge pain to have to do it every time lol

My customer is also experiencing this issue.  I tried logging in and resetting this for him but when logging off and back into UI, my changes to Apps Enabled and Default App is not saving.

Also noticing that it takes over one minute to load when logging in.

We are having the same issue.
Every time we logged out, the apps saved changes (sometimes it will show just 2 app).
 I have checked and saved all the apps, but only 4 apps on the picture above are showing.

The Save is not working for our customers but saving my default App is working for me as when I log into Monster UI, my Smart PBX default App loads.  Although, when I add the Advanced Call Flow App, it is not saving in my list of Apps.

Thanks everyone, we are working to recreate this issue in order to resolve it, but haven't been able to. The more details you can give me on steps you took so I can recreate this, the better.

The Branding App is listed on my Apps ok.  Although, the Advanced Callflows disappeared on me and I just re-enabled it so it will show up in my Apps menu.

Katie...I think you misunderstood. The branding app has disappeared completely - it's not a matter of it not saving which was the issue originally mentioned in this thread and is why I created a new thread. Sorry for any confusion.

Any update on saving default Apps?  I am setting up a new customer and need to set their default App.  Seems like it would be very confusing to have customer log into their new PBX and try to have them Enable Apps everytime.  I want to get my new customer on board today but don't feel comfortable handing this to them.

Can this possibly be escalated?  I am hoping this issue fix can be escalated as we are waiting to bring on new customer's until this is fixed.

We've just updated the code to hopefully put the "disappearing app" issue to bed. If this doesn't work, we're probably going to need to do a screenshare with willing participants to see why it's not working.

Please re-test and let us know if this resolved it.
