Joy Posted June 6, 2016 Report Posted June 6, 2016 Has anybody done a Salesforce + 2600hz integration for click to dial out of salesforce? Quote
Karl Stallknecht Posted June 6, 2016 Report Posted June 6, 2016 I *think* Vern and the Telnexus crew got this working. Quote

Te Matau Posted July 8, 2017 Report Posted July 8, 2017 This WebRTC-based softphone is embedded in a SalesForce Classic and provides click to call (using either the browser-based softphone or click to call), inbound call pop and call logging on inbound or outbound calls, linking to Contacts, Contracts, Cases and Opportunities. Watch the video for what it can do. Contact me off-list if you're interested in hooking it up to your install. Quote
extremerotary Posted July 11, 2017 Report Posted July 11, 2017 We have a Chrome browser plugin that allows a user to select which registered device to ring and works with web-powered SalesForce. A user can click on the number, a 'quick call' API call is invoked and rings the selected device from the plugin. We are still working on the inbound calls for pop-ups with webhooks into a specific SalesForce account. Not too far off though! Quote
Administrators Darren Schreiber Posted July 11, 2017 Administrators Report Posted July 11, 2017 I hope you are using WebSockets and not Webhooks for that! Quote
FASTDEVICE Posted August 24, 2017 Report Posted August 24, 2017 I haven't tested with SalesForce, but our Chrome "Click2Call" browser plugin should enable any web based CRM. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fastdevice-click2call/flcbfjlaipkkdnlplodeleimnfjnkkaa We are working on a Monster App to provide the functionality as the extension currently requires our portal to activate. FASTDEVICE Posted September 1, 2017 Report Posted September 1, 2017 Thanks to the Chicago Business VoIP (CBV) team, we were able to test our Click2Call Chrome extension on SalesForce. It worked! Quote
