esoare Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 A client has plain voicemail boxes. (no voicemail to email). Is there a way if a voicemail comes into their "main" mailbox, for the user, to xfer that voicemail message to another mailbox/user that the message was intended for?

The folks at 2600Hz were happy to include this new feature in v3.22.59 which is included in the current v3.22.60 Kazoo RPM. We have yet to test the functionality. brian Posted July 17, 2019 Report Posted July 17, 2019 When playing back a VM if you hit 3 and then enter a voicemail box you want to transfer to then hit # it will transfer. I will pass along the 3 in a mailbox to our users as they will be the ones who are forwarding the vm's to another user. I completely missed this. I found this diagram where it shows that to.
