Jack Noe
Hi all. When there is an incoming call without a caller ID name, it displays 'wireless caller' and the phone number. Is it possible to replace the 'wireless caller' with the phone number, so the phone number will be displayed 2 times instead of once with the name wireless caller ? esoare
@Jack Noe I know that the "Wireless Caller" is the default Name by various Wireless Carriers. So the name is working... I know that doesn't answer your question of how to change the name to the phone number. But thought I would mention it. esoare

2600Hz Employees mc_ Posted May 29, 2018 2600Hz Employees Report Share Posted May 29, 2018 You can do this using a combination of Pivot and the "set_cid" callflow action. You could also look at the "check_cid" callflow for branching based on the caller id name; if set as a preflow, that might actually work as well without having to call out to a Pivot endpoint.
