  1. Great, thanks.  That worked.  The Advanced Call Flows is no longer available in Apps.  Where do we find this?
  2. I am seeing the same issue in Monster UI.  UI has changed.  I can't get to Apps from menu.  Login defaults to my root account Dashboard.  There is no Log Off menu item.   
  3. Also not able to dial the group voicemail box extension from another user extension.  Error: your call cannot be completed as dialed. Looking forward to this being fixed.  Customer is waiting for their routing to work properly. Thanks.

Voice mail is not engaging for User Group, call just gets dropped if no answer.  Users Group has been created, two users added to the group.  Voicemail box has been created for this group and added to the User Group > Group Feature > Next Action > If no answer forward call to this voicemail box.

We have someone asking if our Faxbox will do the same things as their current fax solution called srfax.com.  As far as I know we do not have all of these features.  Will they be put in place in the future?  See me responses I am preparing below. thanksCouple questions/comments... We currently use srfax.com to send and receive emails electronically. It works great. Some features that are nice:   1. The email becomes the cover page of the fax so you don't have to create a separate cover page somehow and attach it With Faxbox, If you need a fax cover page, create it and send it as an attachment. 2. We are able to add other attachments such as word documents and have them included Faxbox attachments need to be sent as pdf or tiff format. 3. Users without a dedicated fax number are still able to send a fax (and receive their confirmation) Faxbox user will need to have a fax number to send and receive faxes. 4. We get success and fail notifications via email (the actual fax as an attached pdf which you do as well) Faxbox will send these alerts. 5. "email" to send a fax is very simple - 17054985939@srfax.com for all users, basically just 10digitnumber@srfax.com Faxbox uses this format as well.
  7. I only Removed the number - using the SmartPBX.   Note:  in one scenario, I Deleted the sub account and after some time, the number that was on that account was displayed in the Number Manager.  I never Deleted the number itself.

I have been able to accomplish this by going to the sub account and removing the number.  It will move it to your Main-root account.  (run Sync if number still shows in use or in both accounts)  It will prompt you to set a number for 911 information and you can do this by adding another temporary number.
