  1. Is there a way we can get notified when an account is running low on per minute credits?  We had a customer's 800 number quit working due to the per minute credits running out.  I turned on the auto recharge for their per minute credits to avoid their number going out of service.  Now I am wondering about all of our other accounts.
  2. We have a large potential customer who is requesting Customer Based Routing by area code in the IVR. Here's what they need: Once the call hits the IVR the system would recognize the area code and route the call to that person automatically.
  3. Looks like they may have been talking about adding this to the Call Log Menu.  A User Portal would work fine.
  4. Are we able to use the PBX Connector as an option?  Does 2600Hz have documentation for this procedure?
  5. Yes.  They are telling me the Mitel is capable of SIP trunking, but that does require purchasing licensing for the system to enable it.
  6. Yes.  Ok, thanks Eugen!  I see it list from 301 to 600 models.
  7. Will the Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 and 331 phones work with Monster PBX?
  8. Has anyone registered the Vertical IP 2041 phone to Monster PBX?  We have a customer who would like to try registering their Vertical IP 2041 phones to the Monster PBX.  We plan on doing some testing with this phone with our customer next week.  Any suggestions?
  9. So phones do not have to be SIP?  IP will most likely work as well as SIP?
  10. Has anyone used the PBX Connector to connect to other phone systems?  We have a customer who wants to setup 5 of their employees with our PBX for their sales group.  They are using Mitel system from Marco.
  11. Our customer is looking for web interface for showing presense.  They are wondering if we can offer something like what Google does as per the statement below. When you’re on a business call, your Google Chat status automatically turns from green (available) to red (busy), thus keeping you from being disturbed by friends and co-workers. Once you’re done, it reverts back to green, giving them the signal that a call is again unobtrusive. Customer also has follow up question: - do you provide access to the webhooks (WH) available within Kazoo API <https://2600hz.atlassian.net/wiki/display/APIs/WebHooks>;? - or could you offer a simple web dashboard showing the user's status using those WH?
  12. Can we use the PBX Connector, Mitel, for just 5 of their users out of many Mitel users?
  13. Thank you Darren.  Is there a list of ports that need to be opened?
  14. We have a banking customer who is asking about security.  I need help explaining security with the 2600Hz pbx service.  All I know is that port 7000 needs to be open for audio. Customer asks:  Any one else have any banks that use cloud pbx service? Just curious, it seems that due to security and data breaches that we would need to make sure of the security on the entity that is connecting to us. Of course I am assuming that it is a direct connection or an open port of some kind.
  15. So this is on automatically for everyone who has an extension assigned?   Also, does this work for all devices; Bria softphone for pc and smartphone apps once you turn presence setting on in these app settings?
  16. Customer would like to be able to view not just all call activity, but also all voicemail messages in a list with columns for date received, caller ID,  status (if played or new), message length, and separate buttons to both listen to the message and return the call.
  17. I am testing out the Forgot Info? link on the Monster UI login page for Password Recovery and now I cannot log into Monster UI.  Getting Invalid credentials, please check that your username and account name are correct.  I filled out the Password Recovery info and it did not email me my information.
  18. Potential customer has 25 of the Toshiba IP Series desk phones with sidecars and I am wondering if we can re-use/re-configure these for use with 2600Hz and Monster UI.
  19. Will there be an option in Advanced Provisioner for the Toshiba IP Series desk phones?
  20. Thanks Karl.  I do like the quality of the Polycom phones.  I would think BLF for parking would not be an issue.  All users just need to know who is available to transfer a call to.  Seems to make sense that if a user parks a call, it will show that the user is not busy on the line.  Are you saying that if a user picks up a parked call, it will not show that user busy?
  21. We have a potential customer who currently uses Toshiba IP phones with 20 progammable buttons and some have side cars for more buttons as most all users need BLF display info for 25 employees. As I am new to this type of setup, I am looking for best solution and have questions. 1.  Which SIP phones are recommended; Polycom?  Cisco?  etc.  And do they have SIP phones for this type of setup?  Softphones? 2.  Looks like there may be a way to program all of the buttons via the Monster Advanced Provisioner.  Has anyone done this successfully? Thanks, just starting to dig into this and read a few discussions around this on this Community.
  22. I added our MX record using * and it is working.  Looking at your domain info, you would add this: HOST:  *.sip POINTS TO:  fax.zswitch.net PRIORITY:  20 TTL:  1 Hour Maybe this example will help.
  23. Since user's can be assigned a conference room extension number, there really is no need for more than one Conference Line number to be added to the Main Conference Number correct?  Number of of people that can be on a conference at any one time is only dependent on the number of trunks they have, correct?
  24. Is there an option to auto provision a Cisco 303 SIP phone like the Yealink auto provisioning in the Yealink IP url?
  25. Customer asking about outbound faxing and encountering a busy signal?  Does the system auto-redial? How many times if so?
