  2. Hi GM! We have a customer with VVX 310 phones. Its a nursing home, that needs the volume on the phones, the ring tone much higher. Is there a script for this to make the ring tone higher ? Thanks

  4. Hi All. We have a specific extension that has a TOD set. for specific hours, and for all other hours. Can we set to override the time of day, and set for closed or open? This isnt the main number on the account, but a specific extension set in a callflow.
  5. Hi All. We have a manager that recives call from his office empoleyyes constantly. He wants to see when the office calls him, which extension it is, as he doesnt want to pick up for everyone always. How is it possible, to have the business caller Id come up when dialing out and have the extension caller Id when calling this cell phone of the manager ? Thank you!

  8. Hi all. I have a customer with few phones VVX 300 and Cisco 504G All have low volume on the other end, the receiver's end. The volume is set for normal, but the volume is still low, when talking on speaker or thru the receiver. Did anybody have such an issue, is it a setting in a router that can cause low volume, when calling out.
  9. Hi All. When i want to disable missed calls when a call rings to a group, it only works if someone in the group picks up the call. But if no one in the group picked up the call, all phones will receive a missed call. Is there a way to disable the missed call completely from a ring group, so only direct calls to the device will receive missed calls ? We have customers that have doorbell ringing to groups, and the missed calls are annoying when no one picks up, as its not a call from a person but from the doorbell. Or is it possible to have a specific contact, (for example the sip username of the doorbell) have missed calls disabled complete thru the phone itself? The customer has Yealink T29

  11. Thank you! I want to block all phones from calling out spcofoc numbers, that all start with for example, 908205 So i want 9082051555 and 9082059875 blocked, is there a way to add 908205xxxx etc..
  12. Hi all When forwarding from the system to a cell phone, is it possible to have the cell phone receive a prefix before the call, for example a number etc... So we are adding a device, a cell phone and when the cell phone receives calls, i want that a number or letter or any indication that the call is from the system should come along, with the original caller ID

  16. Thank you Rick. These users dont have a specific time for Lunch. Today they would leave at 12 noon, Tmrw they will take the lunch break 12:30 PM etc. Will this be able to work?
  17. Hi we have users who have a voicemail with a greeting. When going out for lunch the user wants to have a different voicemail greeting on his phone, a greeting stating that the user is out for lunch. Now, there is an option to have a temporary message on the voicemail. But i dont see the option of switching from the main to temporary and then back from temporary to main without having to re-record. Does anybody have an idea how to work this out.

  19. Hi all. We are having issues with smartphone apps. They register, but not always, and also not consistent (We mainly use Zoiper and GS wave, but we arent sure we have the proper settings). If anyone has a good phone app recommendation that works well with Kazoo, and can share the proper settings, we would greatly appreciate it.
  20. Hi all. We have a customer, he wants missed calls on the phone only if the call came to specific device. If the call went to a ring group which includes a few devices there should not be a missed on the phone. there is a way to set it, by un-selecting ignore complete elsewhere. The problem is, it only works if someone picket up the call. If no one in the group picks up the call, all devices in the ring group receive a missed call. The customer doesnt want this, he wants missed call never from a group, only when ringing a user or device direct. Does anyone have a way for this? Thanks
