  2. Thanks. this post is quite old. It there a simpler way how to pick up an extension thats ringing somewhere else. So if i see ext 101 is ringing can i pick it up from a different phone in the office.

  4. Hi all. I see when creating a user in an account i have the option to add him as a user or as a admin. But i see that even as a user he has access to the whole account, when loggong in, he can see the VM's of all users, faxes of all users Etc, How can i add a user without having access to the whole account but instead to his VM's only, and to his fax only.

Hi All I want to set the poly-com vvx 550 to have a different ring tone for internal and for external I attached a snap shot of what i did in callflows- advanced callflows - device, without any settings in the phone itself. This didnt work for me, those ringtones arent working, the settings didnt take effect. I would appreciate any guidance Thanks

  14. Hi. We have a callfow which we call callflow A. Option 1 in this callflow goes to a new callflow which we will call callflow B. This callflow call B, option 1 goes to a third callflow called call C. Now in the call C callflow, when dialing 1 we set it to ring a device in the account, but it doesnt work, instead the menu plays again. IS there a limitations on callflows ?

  16. Hi, when i receive the call forwarded to my cell from the system, it tells me this is a forwarded call to accept press 1 to reject press 2 Is it possible to have the words "this is a forwarded call" removed, so it will only say to accept press 1 to reject press 2 ?
  17. Hi all! I have a yealink phone T29, The phone has 2 accounts provisioned thru the advanced provisioner app. But the park feature is set in the provisioning for line 1. So when there is a incoming call to line 1, the call can be placed on park, but when there is an incoming call to line 2 the park will not work. So the park can only work for line 1 or line 2 depends what i select in provisioning. Is there any way to set the PArk feature to work for both accounts on the phone or i have to set to park keys 1 for each account ?

Hi i have a customer requesting 2 features related to page group. 1- Wants a group page, where he can page a group of users, & when paging the group, he wants that if one of the users are on the phone, the page should still connect with the user's phone's speaker, so the person receiving the live page will continue talking on the phone with the receiver, and the live page will at the same time connect to his speaker. 2- Wants to page a group with an announcement, for example Joe pick up the phone, and when Joe picks up the phone he wants to end the live page and start a phone conversation with Joe. So when paging a group, he wants that the person picking up the phone should connect with the pager automatically or with 1 button. Instead of asking Joe in the live page, call me etc. he wants to connect with Joe when he picks up the live page. any suggestion ?

  21. Hi everyone! I have a user extension with a device attached. I want that when calling this user the call should go to the device and after 20 seconds go to ring group. So looks like sending this user to a callflow would be best. How do i go about this? Thanks
