So a customer wants to change how long a call will stay in a PARK SLOT *31 for example. I don't see a way to change this in the UI.

Perhaps adding this capability to the UI under Advanced Call Flows - Feature Codes would be a good spot to put this? 

Smart PBX would have a different location to place that of course.
