What features / functionality are you interested in for this integration? Basically what level of integration are you looking for, just posting call details for inbound / outbound calls? Click-to-call? Call recordings?
tomas_ Posted March 23, 2019 Report Posted March 23, 2019 (edited) The features we're focusing on is a pop-up function for incoming calls, and also CDRs and maybe call recordings. Click-to-call would also be nice but that's possible with browser plugins so we're not looking into that now. Call comes into phone A popup with the customer record (or new record pop's up) User types in notes and hit's done/complete, etc. Popup Goes away. Record is updated with the notes. (probably some details already filled out from Kazoo, like time called, duration, etc..
