Is there a way to set a zero out option on VM.  Would like the ability to recording greeting and tell customer to press zero for example to get company operator/live person.

 I heard somewhere that if you set up a callflow for the number  0, it will get used when someone passes zero in voicemail. I’ve never had a need to do it myself. So I’m not a hundred percent sure

Wow, just tried this and it works! Awesome!!

However you need to press 0 before the recording starts, during the greeting message. When recording starts the only options are 1 (save recording), 2 (listen to recording) & 3 (record again). Would be nice if 0 worked here also...

What would be "nicer" is to have a voicemail operator, so that it goes to a specific, callflow/user/device..etc... This way, it would allow accounts that have multiple companies, not to "leak" into another companies Main_Callflow
