dtassone Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 Is there a way to set a zero out option on VM. Would like the ability to recording greeting and tell customer to press zero for example to get company operator/live person.

Logicwrath Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 I believe by default pressing 0 will exit to your main call flow from a voicemail greeting. The only issue is I do not think you can change where it goes.
Karl Stallknecht Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 I don't believe this is available, but if I'm mistaken I would love to know how to do it :-)
Rick Guyton Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 I heard somewhere that if you set up a callflow for the number 0, it will get used when someone passes zero in voicemail. I’ve never had a need to do it myself. So I’m not a hundred percent sure
FASTDEVICE Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 @Rick Guyton correct, 0 callflow is the escape for VM.
tomas_ Posted March 6, 2018 Report Posted March 6, 2018 (edited) Wow, just tried this and it works! Awesome!! Thanks! However you need to press 0 before the recording starts, during the greeting message. When recording starts the only options are 1 (save recording), 2 (listen to recording) & 3 (record again). Would be nice if 0 worked here also... Edited March 6, 2018 by tomas_ (see edit history)

This way, it would allow accounts that have multiple companies, not to "leak" into another companies Main_Callflow
