Just as a general comment, I found out the hard way that some of the fax boxes (even those setup prior to May 11th) stopped working with xxx.fax.zswitch.net without explanation and started needing the realm instead. I would advise all other partners to just go through and delete/re-create faxboxes based on our experience.

  4. Likewise, just heard from them as well. It apparently made outgoing for some fax boxes stop working so we had to switch everyone over to branded domains.
  5. I now seem to be getting logged out after 30 minutes or so (haven't timed it exactly). This is quite annoying :-/

  8. Katie...I think you misunderstood. The branding app has disappeared completely - it's not a matter of it not saving which was the issue originally mentioned in this thread and is why I created a new thread. Sorry for any confusion.
  9. Ugh sorry I should have read this more closely earlier! We had a similar issue with a client using Bria and went back and forth with 2600hz on it via Zendesk. Our behavior though was that calls would only get dropped if making more than one simultaneous call. Also, it didn't matter whether it was incoming, outgoing, API initiated, etc. When we disabled RTP Timeout / Media Timeout the problem was solved.

  12. I was worried about the same thing but then I realized that I had not input a customer email when I created the new account, so I was fine. Did you add your client as an administrator?
  13. Isn't this the point of caller ID prepend? Or maybe I am misunderstanding?
  14. I agree that it is important, but I am curious if maybe 2600hz is worried that it becomes a liability since there isn't an easy or automatic way to notify the customer that the call is being recorded.

  17. Can you also help by explaining what the welcome message is? Is this in an email or is it something displayed on the login page?
  18. Just to confirm, saving even ONE template will cause everything for all sub-accounts to switch over? So basically, if I am going to change anything, I need to do it all in one sitting preferably after hours so customers don't have a brief period where they potentially receive 2600hz branding?
  19. Katie, I do not understand domain name in the branding. The help document does not explain this very well. Is this the domain we want to use Monster at?
