  1. Is this debugging app suppose to replace the "registrations" portion of Kazoo?

  3. You can? I had no idea you could change the favicon in Kazoo, ha.
  4. I assume this is just so that when you create new accounts it defaults to whatever realm you use (in our case, *.sip.slable.com) - this versus Kazoo where you have to manually type in the entire realm each time you create a new account. I could be incorrect though, but I'm guessing this is it.

  6. If I go to add a new user (for any PBX) the timezone for the user under the "Options" tab shows "America/Havana" and we have to change it on each user we create. Sometimes we have to go back and change it after the user is created too as if it doesn't want to change to Eastern and keeps going back to Havana (see Zendesk ticket #13889)
  7. I've noticed that unlike Kazoo, I can't seem to stay logged into Monster for very long periods of time (i.e. if I log into Monster and then close the browser and try to go back in a few days, I have to sign in again as if the cookies are expiring incredibly fast). I haven't been able to find a specific interval since it's somewhat sporadic, but it seems as if I usually can't stay logged in for more than 24 hours.  I will say though Kazoo has this issue as well, but it's usually about a week or two and I will get a specific error that pops up ("Error loading account information") at which point it will take me back to the login screen with my username and account name already filled in, I just have to type the password. Monster does not exhibit the same behavior though and forces me to re-type all three fields.
  8. Definitely appreciate it Darren. This is a fantastic start and allows us to give to clients if they debate billing charges for calls. Anyone with basic Excel knowledge can sort the CDRs, so that's not a big deal at all :-)
  9. Also, not sure why, but it appears to be calculating the math thinking that we are being billed for landline devices, which we are not. As a result the "total cost" is incorrect and is way higher than we're actually billed.
  10. Hi Katie, I'm not seeing the two options of include actual reseller cost and include customer prices. (they're on the screenshot in your documentation, but not on my screen when I go into the app)
  11. 1. Do you know what order the attachments send in if there are multiple PDFs? It becomes a bit tedious and more confusing for non technical people to merge PDF pages into one file and if they send in the wrong order, a cover page coming at the end or in between other faxes would be confusing. 5. Agreed, but it's definitely confusing for clients to have to type in the gibberish (i.e. y89uhfpojwfoijwop), versus just fax.zswitch.net (or even better, fax.clientdomain.com)
  12. Okay, so I see the private categories now, but I'm a bit confused about what should be go in private versus public? I see similar threads that are in both. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!
  13. I bugged your office back when I was visiting SF at the beginning of April. Ha, just kidding :-) I think I actually brought this concern up a while back though and someone from 2600hz said they planned to keep it public which quite frankly I disagree with.
  14. Katie, can 2600hz please consider making this community only readable to those with a login and proper permissions? I would feel much more comfortable if my posts were not indexed by Google and came up in random search engine inquiries. I'm obviously not posting anything bad, I just feel as if our discussions here should remain private among 2600hz and its partners. Anyone else agree? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: 2600Hz Community Guidelines.

  16. Gotcha, thanks Rick. I've never looked at Pivot before so I had no idea. I'll definitely go do some testing now :-)
  17. @Rally: Excuse my ignorance, but where exactly does this code go? Is it something you setup in an API to send notifications to an external webserver with this code, similar to webhooks, or what?
  18. I completely agree with you Raj. What I previously stated was just what 2600hz has told us in the past on this matter.
  19. The answer I have received from 2600hz in the past is that the only way to do this is to setup another device in Kazoo (or now Monster) and then manually add/provision that line to another line key.
  20. Out of curiosity, how useful do you actually find this to be? My Google Voice transcriptions are horrendous and most of the time not even understandable, and if Google can't get it right I don't see how any other company could do a better job...
  21. I love the BLF button idea! Better than having to have clients submit tickets to us and then have us manually do it.
