Logicwrath Posted August 1, 2017 Report Posted August 1, 2017 I am seeing listings for Parked Calls in Operator Console. I am unable to pick these calls up. They appear to be phantom calls. I have seen these on 2 accounts. In one case the Call ID is showing a name for someone who has not been there for a very long time. Are these parking spots actually in use or is this a bug with Operator Console? I have no idea how to flush these out.

FASTDEVICE Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 You should be able to flush the presence using the debug app. Under the top menu items select "Presence." A table of extensions should be listed with the option to "flush" to the far right.
