  1. That is because the procedure you are doing is a "Blind" transfer, versus an "Attended" transfer. Try pressing Transfer *4 and wait....if the Snom dials into the valet parking, it will give you the parking spot and you press transfer again , to get that call into the slot. I would recommend taking a look at SNOM documentation and seeing the difference between the transfer types. I do Yealink's, and don't have experience with SNOM. esoare

  7. @Darren Schreiber Thank you for the clarification of what is Kazoo (Internals) and 3rd party connections. I wouldn't mind putting my money where my mouth is. That type of commitment would be fine with me. 1 out of 10 re sellers on board. I especially like that it stops after the development costs are paid for. esoare p.s.   8. It just seems to go against the principles of Kazoo though....I guess by reliable Shoutcast server, there is potential for Two High availability servers? But if the connection goes down... In an Ideal world, Kazoo could try for a Shoutcast Stream, and use 2nd Shoutcast/OR local MP3 as a backup Music source... @Darren Schreiber Just my two sents. P.s. not trying to stir trouble, just stating what would make me feel Super Comfortable... It's kinda the same thing with Pivot Servers, having a backup request if the first server isn't reached would be ideal. I degress especially on the Pivot Server.

  12. If you notice that someone on the forum is posting content that you are interested in. Follow them and you will be updated by the forum, when they post something!

  14. So if you have a free Vimeo account, you can add the video to a post, by copying the "normal" link (not embeded) into the post, and the forum software will allow for playback from the forum. Only thing, is a touch of suggested video's at the end of the video playback. @Rick Guyton

  16. @avig2 You could do the following. Go to advanced provisioner and download the config Get remote Web-Access to the phone (factory reset is admin/admin remember)

  18. Well @avig2 you may want to wait. There seems to be some problem with Advanced Provisioner at this time. Not sure if anyone else could verify @Plau ^^^^ 1 phone not getting configs to phones/changes.
  19. OK @avig2 Customized Video For avig2 - Security Code 0890 So. you set a User in Smart PBX. But you program buttons with Advanced Provisioner + You have Yealink T46S phones. ok. secretary X 100, boss1 X 102 boss2 x 103 You go into Advanced Provisioner - Secratary's Phone -> Configure -> Combo Keys -> Don't do ANYTHING with Key 1 Key 2 might be a PARK key. Key 3 might be a PARK key Key 4 BLF key for Boss 1 Type = BLF Account = Account 1 (Make sure to Select Account 1, instead of "Inherit"!! Value = 102 (This is the User Extension of Boss 1) Label = Boss 1 (This is what shows up on the Phone) Key 5 BLF key for Boss 2 Type = BLF Account = Account 1 (Make sure to Select Account 1, instead of "Inherit"!! Value = 103 (This is the User Extension of Boss 2) Label = Boss 2 (This is what shows up on the Phone) Click Save Restart Phone Hope that helps!

Call comes into phone A popup with the customer record (or new record pop's up) User types in notes and hit's done/complete, etc. Popup Goes away. Record is updated with the notes. (probably some details already filled out from Kazoo, like time called, duration, etc..
