  1. If you notice that someone on the forum is posting content that you are interested in. Follow them and you will be updated by the forum, when they post something!
  2. on the Yealink, it would have to be a "Prefix" Value and "*0" Data/Value. esoare
  3. So if you have a free Vimeo account, you can add the video to a post, by copying the "normal" link (not embeded) into the post, and the forum software will allow for playback from the forum. Only thing, is a touch of suggested video's at the end of the video playback. @Rick Guyton
  4. @avig2 You could do the following. Go to advanced provisioner and download the config Get remote Web-Access to the phone (factory reset is admin/admin remember)
  5. @avig2 Do you have Web-Access to the phones? esoare
  6. Well @avig2 you may want to wait. There seems to be some problem with Advanced Provisioner at this time. Not sure if anyone else could verify @Plau ^^^^ 1 phone not getting configs to phones/changes.
  7. OK @avig2 Customized Video For avig2 - Security Code 0890 So. you set a User in Smart PBX. But you program buttons with Advanced Provisioner + You have Yealink T46S phones. ok. secretary X 100, boss1 X 102 boss2 x 103 You go into Advanced Provisioner - Secratary's Phone -> Configure -> Combo Keys -> Don't do ANYTHING with Key 1 Key 2 might be a PARK key. Key 3 might be a PARK key Key 4 BLF key for Boss 1 Type = BLF Account = Account 1 (Make sure to Select Account 1, instead of "Inherit"!! Value = 102 (This is the User Extension of Boss 1) Label = Boss 1 (This is what shows up on the Phone) Key 5 BLF key for Boss 2 Type = BLF Account = Account 1 (Make sure to Select Account 1, instead of "Inherit"!! Value = 103 (This is the User Extension of Boss 2) Label = Boss 2 (This is what shows up on the Phone) Click Save Restart Phone Hope that helps!
  8. @avig2That is correct. The question I have for you is, "For this account that you are speaking of, are you using 'Smart PBX' or 'Advanced Callflows' ?" We can help guide based upon that info. esoare
  9. @avig2 Are you using SmartPBX or Advanced Call Flows for this site?
  10. @Mark Magnusson Zoho CRM would be cool! Integration. Call comes into phone A popup with the customer record (or new record pop's up) User types in notes and hit's done/complete, etc. Popup Goes away. Record is updated with the notes. (probably some details already filled out from Kazoo, like time called, duration, etc..
  11. @Yuriy as @mc_ mentioned, you would create the Ring Group with Device's instead of Users. If you have multiple devices in the ring group, by rejecting the call from one device, the other device's would still ring, that is how that works. Let us know if we can further assist! esoare
  12. @extremerotary As you know of course. The User Ring seconds is where that is done. Smart PBX User - Ringing Timeout Ringing TimeoutSec Advanced Call Flows - Callflow to User - "Ring this user's devices for seconds." So, if you are using advanced call flows and doing the *72,*74 option, can you change the amount of rings... not sure.
  13. I apologize @TJ Forsman. The Picture was to represent where the "Virtual Assitant" could be added by the Smart PBX developers. I did not mean to say use SmartPBXDirectory and it would work. Hope that clarifies. I see your point of the need. And was just adding a picture of where that option would go, for the developers. esoare p.s. That is just a Directory.
  14. as @Baze stated. You would need to discuss with 2600hz to get them as apps. If you are on Hosted servers talk with your Rep If you run your own servers talk with " contact @ 2600hz.com " (remove spaces to get the real email) www.2600hz.com Hope that helps @digitauusa . If you are in a different scenario than above, please let us know. esoare
  15. Thanks for posting your solution to question 2!!! Question 1: outgoing blocking 1) you want to block a few outgoing numbers from all phones? 2) you want to block a few outgoing numbers from some phones? 3) you want to block some phones from making outgoing calls? esoare
  16. Something like this? @Mark Magnusson I forget who the Smaert PBX master is, but perhaps you could ask them to join in. Another option that would be nice (highjack thread alert) is in the User + Call Forwarding Have the check box for (ring desk phone also)! Had to mozy over to Advanced Call Flows, to tick that box in the User. esoare
  17. Can I ask a question. @fmateo05 and @Rick Guyton What would be the benefit of something like that in your eyes/your use case?
  18. @tomas_ Change it to the user in my opinion. In the U.S.A. Sprint doesn't allow voice and data at the same time. If a call to the User's cell phone happens, before the data gets to the app, then the app won't get updated. It's a Sprint technology thing. Very frustrating, but, something that I live with. esoare
  19. @Rick Guyton This isn't out of the box. But I have pondered this problem also. (same boat your in, but I scrub the poop deck, versus looking at charts "writing scripts" in the captain's cabin like you) What if somehow you were told a call came into the business. (Pivot or webhook or other thingy) Then using API, SMS your phone a text "Business" Phone is ringing to the Caller, but the system actually waits 5 seconds so you get the text and be ready for the call. (Maybe Pivot would provide the 5 second delay?) Then Call actually rings your 2600hz mobile phone, and you are aware that it is a business call... Just thoughts. Don't know if it's feasible. esoare p.s. Ideally, we'd have an APP (android or iphone) with Pusher (or whatever) that would identify the call to the cell before the cell phone rings.
  20. @Olaolu Abiodun How did it go? Do you still have questions with BLF's? esoare
  21. Looks like there is some interest in this @DinkyDonkey . Hope someone can chime in on this! cough cough @mc_ esoare
  22. Just an FYI. Posted this in another thread, but thought it prudent to update this thread also. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Using Advanced Call Flows - Device - Audio - Secure RTP (Select SRTP) Then in Advanced Provisioner for the Device Config - Lines - Scroll to the Bottom of " 1 " In Advanced - Make sure the RTP Encruption (SRTP) is enabled. Restart the phone (if you made a change versus building new) From what I can tell. That is all now, as of Version 4.3-11 The only thing different I can tell, is that there is a "Lock" on the Yealink phones, AFTER the call is established.
  23. IT works for me Using Advanced Call Flows - Device - Audio - Secure RTP (Select SRTP) Then in Advanced Provisioner for the Device Config - Lines - Scroll to the Bottom of " 1 " In Advanced - Make sure the RTP Encruption (SRTP) is enabled. Restart the phone (if you made a change versus building new) From what I can tell. That is all now, as of Version 4.3-11 The only thing different I can tell, is that there is a "Lock" on the Yealink phones, AFTER the call is established.
  24. Hijack alert... @Logicwrath will the phone still get it's other programming from the advanced provisioner, and if a change is done in advanced provisioner, would the phone take those changes? Trying to understand the Custom Config URL options a little bit better...
